People have heard of Paddington, an extraordinary bear who has gotten into some trouble over the past 10 years. For Paddington fans, he’s back in theaters, with his new movie “Paddington in Peru.” With the new movie in theaters, fans old and new, may need a recap of the previous films.

In the first “Paddington” film, Paddington is shipped to London after an earthquake hits Peru. When in London, he meets the Browns, a family of four who shelter him while he’s in London. When staying with the Browns, Millicent Clyde, a taxidermist, tries to hunt down Paddington to stuff his corpse and become famous. Paddington and his family keep him safe from the taxidermist.

In the second movie, “Paddington 2”, Paddington starts getting jobs so he can bring his Aunt Lucy to London. Paddington then meets Phoenix Buchanan, a former actor in London who went from being famous and a celebrity to starring in dog food commercials. Later that night, someone steals the pop-up book that inspired Paddington to bring his Aunt Lucy to London, but the thief disappears, leaving Paddington getting arrested by the police. The Browns use all their might to find the thief and save Paddington.

In the new movie, “Paddington in Peru,” Paddington and the Browns set off back to his home country of Peru to find his Aunt Lucy, who has gone missing. Paddington gets into some more trouble, and as always, brings his family into trouble.

With each movie, Paddington gets into a new adventure. With every adventure, his family is always there with him, to experience something new for the first time or to help him get out of trouble.

So, whether people are new fans wanting to learn more about Paddington, or old fans who have loved the bear from the very beginning, “Paddington in Peru” could be a movie that helps people learn more about Paddington or relive the moments they’ve had with the special bear.
