Experimenting further with different types of photo-taking techniques, Charmaine Renee's Fiber Arts classes participate in making a cyanotype print. By coating a sheet of white fabric with a light-sensitive solution and placing objects on top of the fabric. Wherever the sun’s rays hit will turn blue, and the silhouette of the object will remain white.
Cyanotypes and anthotypes were both pioneering types of photographic art and development. Featuring artist Francis Schanberger and the Fiber Arts classes, this art gallery focuses on modern yet historic artwork.
