Photos: Same Place, Same Time?
Kaffir lime trees are commonly grown and harvested in Southeast Asia. In the photographer's home, there are two large pots dedicated to the trees. The leaves are usually used in dishes like larb (laap) moo and larb gai. Larb is a meat salad and is the national dish of Laos. It is usually eaten with sticky rice.
