On April 25, 95 participants of all ages gathered from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. to support LHS Unified Sports at the Second Annual DisABILITY Walk. Held at Logansport Memorial Hospital Stadium, participants walked four laps, equal to a mile, around the track while connecting with others in the community. Along the way, participants had the opportunity to win raffled off prizes, including passes to Mary Max Cinema and gift cards to local restaurants. Proceeds from the event benefited the LHS Unified Track and Field and Esports teams. More than just a fundraiser, the DisABILITY Walk highlighted the inclusive community of Logansport, celebrating individuals of all abilities and their stories that make our small town stronger every day.
