Senior Jeremiah Miller is a new member of the Logansport High School Magpie. On the staff, he mainly covers sports/opinion articles. One thing he loves to do is interview certain people for his topics or ideas. Outside of Magpie, he participates in football, basketball, baseball, Key Club, Pep Club, and the National Honors Society. A few hobbies that he does in his free time inlcude watching sports and hanging out with his family and friends.

At the beginning of the MLB season, a new rule called the Pitch Clock was implemented. This changed from pitchers having no timer to having only 30 seconds to throw a pitch. The rule has been a controversial addition to the game despite shortening the lengths of games by 10 to 30 minutes.
